Shipping, without the guesswork

Our delivery area covers the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations fall outside that area. Please provide a complete street address where a carrier can deliver your package.

Two parts to the delivery timeline

• Processing: allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared.
• Transit: allow 3–7 days after dispatch for the package to travel to you.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit estimates are separate from processing and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If an unexpected delay affects an order, we will communicate the updated information and available options, including cancellation and a refund for an unshipped order when appropriate.

One straightforward shipping rate

Standard shipping costs $6.99 for orders below $59. Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before any applicable tax.

Once your parcel leaves

We send shipment information by email when tracking is available. An order containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages; the shipping charge shown at checkout remains the order’s charge.

Carrier routing, severe weather and holidays can affect arrival. If tracking is unclear, a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or your address needs correcting, contact us with the order number. Address changes depend on whether dispatch has already taken place. We will help investigate delivery issues without imposing a short reporting cutoff.

Damage or a wrong item

Keep the packaging and take photos if you can, then contact us. We cover return shipping when an item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from the item ordered. The Refund Policy explains the next steps.
