Effective 11/05/2026. These terms govern use of shopdwelloft.com and purchases from Dwelloft LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Shopping and account details
You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address information, and keep account credentials private. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Product information and fit
We describe the material, dimensions and contents available for each product. Measurements are approximate and colors can look different across displays. Check the selected variant and package contents; objects used to illustrate a storage product are not included unless expressly listed.
You are responsible for checking the available space, clearance and suitability for your intended use. Follow assembly, mounting and care instructions. A shoe bench, shelf or cabinet should only be used as intended and within the limits given in its instructions.
Prices and order handling
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax appear in the checkout total before submission. We do not use misleading reference prices. If an obvious pricing or product error affects an order, we will explain it and offer the choice of proceeding with corrected details or canceling for a refund.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request. We may contact you to resolve an address issue, suspected fraud or an item availability problem. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled part.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59 and free for orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy for the details.
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to begin an eligible return. The Refund Policy explains item condition, return shipping and refunds. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Using the site fairly
Do not misuse forms, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or copy our original brand and written material for commercial use without permission. Product and brand content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Responsibility and disputes
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and services available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of a product or interruption of the site. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact us first so we can work through an issue. These terms are governed by Colorado law, subject to any mandatory protections of your state. Updated terms apply to future use and purchases from the effective date shown.
