A few useful answers

Measure the usable width, depth and height at the narrowest point. Include shelf lips, door hinges, baseboards and the room needed to pull a bin out. Compare those measurements with the selected product’s dimensions. Our measuring guide walks through it.

The package contents table on every product page states the quantity. A set’s listed dimensions refer to each item, unless the specification says otherwise. Choose the compartment count or color before adding a variable product to your bag.

Care varies with the fabric and internal supports. The linen bins with PP panels and nylon compression bag have washable construction in their product details. For other fabric pieces, use gentle spot cleaning and let them dry completely. Do not assume a fabric-covered panel can be soaked.

The garment racks, shoe cabinets and benches require assembly. Keep the supplied instructions and check the components before starting. Follow any included wall-securing instructions. Measure the space with drawers open as well as closed.

Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States. Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 days in transit after dispatch. These are separate stages. See the Shipping Policy for more.

The standard shipping charge is $6.99 when the merchandise subtotal is below $59. A subtotal of $59 or more receives free standard shipping, after discounts and before tax.

For other reasons, the customer covers return shipping. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after arrival, followed by refund initiation if approved; bank posting time varies.
